Allen MacDonald & Davis, PLLC began in 1974 as a partnership between L. Gleason Allen and James A. MacDonald. Until 2002, the firm was located in historic downton Wilmington. In July, 2002, Dean Davis joined the firm when we moved to our current location in the Crescent State Bank building off Military Cutoff Road near Eastwood Road. Clifford MacDonald joined the firm as an associate in November 2005 and has since opened a satellite office in Winston-Salem in November 2007.
